Project Launch Case Studies

Here are a few example projects that I helped design and deliver in 2025.

Created a custom windbreaker and coordinated delivery of items within their capsule.

Designed 3 jerseys and delivered 32 products for their 4 day event.

Designed a unique zip-up hoodie to compliment their staple product and organized online sale launch.

Dec 2024 - April 2025

On-Site Artist Event in Colorado

In December 2024, a client engaged us to develop a capsule collection for their April event. I led the project scoping to determine what was achievable within the timeline and what would resonate with their fans both seasonally and commercially. Since this is a client we have engaged before, we already have an understanding of their fans and the popularity of previous products. We initially identified the windbreaker as an ideal product given that they had not done one in a few years, which also complimented the April date and Colorado transitioning into Spring.

I owned the full design and development lifecycle of the windbreaker. I produced a detailed tech pack that included a bill of materials, artwork measurements, and custom reflective detailing. From there, I managed the overseas supplier communication to align on Pantone selections, refine functional features, and ensure logo placements were appropriate while actively tracking milestones against a tight four-month production window.

The result was the on-time delivery of 100 units for the client's pre-show event, with inventory successfully sold through the pre-show and the main event. The project closed with strong positive client and customer feedback, validating both the product-market fit of the initial concept and the execution quality throughout development.

June 2025 - October 2025

Music Festival in Arkansas

We were engaged to supply the full merchandise for a four-day festival in Arkansas happening at the beginning of October. The initial designs started in June 2025 to ensure this delivery. I served as the primary project coordinator across this engagement, overseeing a portfolio of 34 products to complete fulfillment.

My responsibilities spanned the full project lifecycle as I managed the design intake process, ensuring all creative assets were organized and uploaded accurately across shared drives. I handled supplier submissions for each product and owned ongoing supplier communications. During this time as well I tracked production statuses, flagged any delivery risks, and proactively provided the client with updates. .

A key part of my role was serving as the central point of coordination between our internal team and the festival's team, facilitating syncs to align on delivery updates and product progress. In parallel, I contributed directly to the creative work and designed three jerseys within the broader collection.

Successfully delivered a 34 item collection. This project required consistent attention to detail, clear cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously .

October 2025 - February 2026

Online Sale for Artist Seasonal Collection

A client approached us looking to develop a unique winter collection. Through early scoping discussions, our teams assessed what was realistically achievable given the holiday schedule and reduced production times. Rather than overextending scope and under-delivering, the result was a single hero product. A custom zip-up hoodie with a built-in balaclava and hood, which complemented one of the artist's existing staple pieces and delivered a cohesive addition to their product line.

I led the end-to-end development of the piece, overseeing the design of the front artwork, placement of the artist's logo on the back, and the integration of custom zipper detailing featuring the artist's insignia. I managed supplier coordination throughout, driving alignment on all product specifications and negotiating timelines to ensure samples and finished units were delivered in time to support the client's marketing efforts.

On the go-to-market side, I helped manage the product launch through the client's website, which our team maintains. The item sold out within the first few hours upon going live, signaling strong product-market fit. This then opened a preorder to capture residual demand and extend the sales window.
